Nigerian street singer, Naira Marley’s fraud case in court has been adjourned to the 5th of October where it is slated for further hearing.
Recall that Naira Marley was arrested alongside his friend and music colleague, Zlatan with three others for alleged fraud and cyber-related crimes.
They were charged to court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for alleged credit card fraud and later granted bail.
Naira Marley had pleaded not guilty to the 11-count charge levied against him in court and proceeded to trial.
He was arraigned in court on Monday as his trial resumed sitting where the presiding Magistrate adjourned the sitting to October 5, 6, and 7 due to the judiciary break.
