Nigerian indigenous rapper, Olamide and YBNL CEO has revealed what transpired in his music career during the covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
The rapper made the revelation in a chat with Hot 97 as he said it opened his eyes to things he never thought were possible.
He said he never thought he could survive without shows but the pandemic made him realize that he could do without them.
In his words; “Covid was like an eye-opener for me, because I used to think I couldn’t survive without doing shows. I used to think like that but it’s not like that for me anymore. I just wanna enjoy every moment, take one step at a time. Because right now, I actually know loads of people that died from the covid madness and I’m just grateful for every second I have now”.
The Interview was done at Hot 97’s Kulture Movement hosted by Shani Kulture today.
