Ayo Maff & Zerrydl – Find Money

In this cross-cultural collaboration, Ayo Maff and Zerrydl deliver an innovative record that samples and interpolates X Project’s “Lori Le.” Amusingly, Zerrydl’s performance as the guest artist shines so brightly that it raises curiosity about who truly owns the song. His stellar verses, coupled with layered adlibs, add an irresistible charm to the track. Combined with the nostalgic nod to X Project, “Find Money” is a well-crafted record designed for high replay value.

Joshua Baraka ft. KiDi – Someday

Joshua Baraka and KiDi, two non-Nigerian artists making waves in the Afro-R&B and pop scene, come together for the stunning track “Someday. In October, Baraka impressed with his R&B-leaning single “Lonely”, and now he teams up with Ghanaian popstar KiDi, fresh off the success of his 2024 hit “Lomo Lomo”. Together, they occupy a similar emotional space on “Someday,” delivering a heartfelt masterpiece of longing that immerses listeners in their feelings.

SuperSmashBroz ft. Fave – Shut It Down

The Nigerian-Boston DJ/producer duo SuperSmashBroz are known for their bold experimentation, bringing out the best in their collaborators. For “Shut It Down”, they enlist Fave, who glides effortlessly over the production, weaving an intricate yet catchy performance. Every section of the song feels like a memorable chorus, making it a masterpiece you can keep on repeat.

YKB – Omobanke

YKB’s knack for compelling lyrics and unique cadence continues to set him apart in the music scene. Following the earlier release of his “YUSFUL MUSIC RELOADED” project this year, he wraps up 2024 with the infectious single “Omobanke”. Teased on social media to fuel fan anticipation, the track delivers with its vibrant call-and-response chorus, solidifying its place as a party staple just in time for the festive season.
